Reaching Out. Honoring Memory.
Changing Lives.
Wesley's Reach was created to help those in their journey overcoming opioid addiction through the promotion of education and accessibility to treatment.
Wesley’s reach extends beyond his life — through the people he never met but still helps. Our pilot program is where that work begins; our mission is to reduce addiction and overdose
rates for the long term.”

OUR MISSION
In Honor of Wesley
Founded in memory of the President of our organization's son, lost to the fentanyl crisis, Wesley's Reach Inc. educates individuals and communities about proven, evidence-based treatments through incentive-based programs that encourage pursuing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) such as Sublocade, while supporting people through recovery, reducing addiction and overdose rates, and strengthening affected communities.

WHY IT MATTERS
In 2025, DEA seized more than 47 million fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills and nearly 10,000 pounds of fentanyl powder. The 2025 seizures are equivalent to more than 369 million lethal doses of fentanyl.
The 2026 fentanyl seizures represent over 126 million deadly doses.

369 Million+
In 2022, 81,806 opioid-involved overdose deaths were recorded with only 25% of those who needed treatment receiving medication for opioid use disorder.
25%
Opioid addiction impacts millions of families and communities nationally.

Effective, accessible, treatment saves lives and makes recovery possible.

WHAT IS SUBLOCADE?
Once-Monthly Treatment Option
Sublocade is a long acting injection used to treat opioid use disorder. It is administered once a month by a healthcare provider and delivers a steady dose of medication to help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
30 Days
One injection provides medicated support for an entire month.
No daily decisions required.
Reduces Cravings
Helps decrease withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
Supports Recovery
Builds a strong foundation for long-term recovery until patients can eventually discontinue Sublocade without experiencing significant withdrawl.
Monthly Injection
Four shots is the average number of injections needed before tapering off,
WHAT WE DO
1. Outreach and Education
We connect with individuals already seeking treatment through MAT and Suboxone clinics, sharing information about Sublocade and the opportunities available through Wesley's Reach.
2. Application and Selection
Applicants are reviewed through our pilot program to identify participants who are ready to engage in treatment and demonstrate a strong potential for success. This process helps us measure outcomes and refine our approach for future growth.
3. Treatment Inventive
Selected participants receive financial assistance to help obtain their first Sublocade injection. As a once-monthly medication for opioid use disorder, Sublocade can reduce cravings and remove the daily cycle of opioid use decisions for up to 30 days.
4. 30 Days of Support
Recovery doesn't happen alone. During the month following treatment, participants receive recovery counseling and financial coaching designed to help them build stability, develop healthy routines, and create a foundation for long-term success.
5. Recovery Reinforcement
Participants who successfully complete their first 30 days of treatment and support may be eligible for an additional 30 days of assistance. This extended support includes continued recovery counseling, financial coaching, and encouragement to remain engaged in treatment.
